On September 30, 2025, Shree Krishna Paper Mills approved the appointment of Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari as Executive Chairman effective from August 22, 2025, and re-designated Mr. Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director, along with the appointment of M/s. BLAK & Co as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
