Mrs. Shikha Singhal has resigned as Independent Director of Shree Krishna Paper Mills and Industries Ltd. effective immediately due to personal commitments, and Yukti Gulati Chanana has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a term of five years, pending shareholder approval.
