On 7th November 2025, Skipper Ltd's Board meeting resulted in the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025, which reported revenue of 12,617.87 million and a profit before tax of 515.15 million. The Board also approved the forfeiture of partly paid up equity shares and the inclusion of Mr. Durga Singh Sekhawat as a Senior Management Personnel.
