Sinclairs Hotels announced a 1:1 bonus issue of fully paid bonus shares, subject to shareholders approval, out of its free reserves. The pre-bonus equity share capital is Rs 5,12,60,000/- divided into 2,56,30,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, which will double to Rs 10,25,20,000/- after the bonus issue. A shareholders meeting has been scheduled for January 18, 2024 for approval.
