SOM Distilleries and Breweries approved raising funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or other securities convertible into equity shares for a total value of up to INR 350 crore. They also approved the appointment of a director, reappointment of an independent director, material related party transactions, giving loans and guarantees, and the formation of a fund raising committee.
