State Bank of India has reported a penalty of Rs. 1,000,000 imposed on them by the Add. Superintendent of Stamps, Gandhinagar, due to the payment of less stamp duty on bonds issued back on March 9, 2006. The penalty notice was received on August 20, 2025.
