Sanofi India Ltd announces the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mr. Vaibhav Karandikar, who will be moving into another role within the Sanofi group, effective from 30th November 2023. Mr. Karandikar will continue to be engaged with the company as a Non-Executive Director from 1st December 2023. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Rachid Ayari as the new CFO and Whole-time Director, subject to approval from the companys members through Postal Ballot.
