Safari Industries (India) Ltd. has allotted 12,047 equity shares under the Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2022 and 9,000 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016, increasing the paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 9,77,21,496 to Rs. 9,77,63,590.
