RBL Bank has informed about the corrigendum to the public announcement and detailed public statement regarding an open offer made by Emirates NBD Bank on November 4, 2025, to acquire up to 415,586,443 equity shares at INR 280 each, totaling INR 116,364,204,040 if fully accepted.
