Quess Corp Ltd disclosed that on March 21, 2025, the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax issued an order disallowing a deduction of Rs. 49.54 crores resulting in a demand of Rs. 19.94 crores due to the non-existence of employer-employee relationships for associate employees.
