Quess Corp Ltd has approved the acquisition of the food catering and facility management services business of Archer Integrated Services and Astrin Traders for a cash consideration of up to Rs 11 crores, aiming to expand its operations in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh before March 31, 2025.
