The Board of Pritika Engineering approved the Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 FY2024 and will raise funds up to Rs. 99.50 crores through a Rights Issue, increasing from the previously approved Rs. 49.90 crores. A Rights Issue Committee has been formed to handle the details of this offering.
