Praxis Home Retail Ltd has appointed Mr. Swetank Jain as the Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director, and accepted the resignation of Mr. Mahesh Shah from the position of Managing Director, who will continue as a Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
