Hitachi Energy India Ltd reported on May 14, 2025, that its Board approved audited financial results revealing a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (300%), to be presented at the AGM on August 20, 2025. The meeting also approved the re-appointment of auditors for a five-year term.
