Phantom Digital Effects Limited has announced the formation of strategic partnerships with leading Chinese production houses, endorsed by the Chinese government, to enhance its presence in Chinas entertainment sector, involving collaboration on three feature films and 100 short dramas with an estimated value of $1 to $1.2 million.
