Patanjali Foods Ltd has received approval from the Competition Commission of India to acquire the Home and Personal Care business of Patanjali Ayurved Limited for Rs. 1,100 crores, which will enhance its FMCG product portfolio. This marks the companys fourth acquisition in three years, aimed at bolstering its market position and brand equity.
