Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd has amended its Memorandum & Articles of Association to split its equity shares and alter its capital clause, approved by shareholders on June 7, 2025, changing the authorized share capital to Rs. 60.50 crores divided into 12.10 crore shares of Rs. 5 each.
