Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd has executed a term sheet to acquire a 40.5% equity stake in Rajasthani Namkeen Private Limited for a total cost of Rs. 13.00 crores, with Rs. 2.00 crores in cash and the remainder in share swaps; this acquisition will help expand into the food and beverages sector, anticipated to finalize within 180 days of October 6, 2025.
