NTPC Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, NTPC Parmanu Urja Nigam Limited, on January 7, 2025, to focus on the Nuclear Energy business, with NTPC owning 100% of the shares subscribed for 50,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each.
