NTC Industries Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Avijit Maity as an Additional Director of the company, as well as the appointment of Mr. Pallab Bhadra, Mr. Binod Kumar Anchalia, and Mr. Sharad Kumar Bachhawat as Additional Directors. Mr. Niraj Sinha has resigned as a Non-executive Independent Director. The Board of Directors has also approved the reconstitution of various committees.
