Nupur Recyclers Limited has acquired an additional 1,000 equity shares of Nupur Extrusion Private Limited at Rs. 10 per share, increasing its stake from 60% to 70%. This acquisition aims to enhance control and influence over the subsidiary's operations as of August 12, 2025.
