Nirman Agri Genetics Limited has signed an MOU to acquire 100% stake of Agrocare Green Crop Science, a company engaged in the production, processing, and packaging of chemical pesticides and seeds, which will enhance the companys margin ratio and benefit from an agreement with United Phosphorus Limited (UPL).
