NCC Ltd announced that the adjourned meeting of its secured creditors concerning a proposed scheme of arrangement with NCC Infrastructure Holdings was held on 16th June 2025, where creditors representing 66.82% of the total secured debt requested an adjournment to 14th August 2025 for further approvals.
