Nazara Technologies Ltd has acquired 5,157 equity shares of Paper Boat Apps Pvt Ltd, representing 48.42% of its capital, for INR 300 Crores, of which INR 225 Crores has been paid as the first tranche, making Paperboat a wholly-owned subsidiary.
