Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd reported its best-ever performance for FY25 with revenues of approximately INR 113,600 crores, a 15% increase from FY24, and a 40% rise in profit after tax to INR 3,803 crores; they also announced a 1:2 bonus share issue.
