Samvardhana Motherson International Ltds credit rating has been upgraded by CRISIL Ratings from Stable to Positive, with a reaffirmation of the rating at CRISIL AA+. The rating on short term bank facilities has also been reaffirmed at CRISIL A1+, and CRISIL AA+/Positive rating has been assigned to Rs 1500 crore Non Convertible Debentures.
