Morgan Ventures Ltd. has recommended M/s. DHA & Co. Chartered Accountants as the new Statutory Auditor to replace M/s. R. Tayal & Associates, subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming General Meeting, following their meeting on August 22, 2024.
