McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited has disclosed the resignation of its Independent Directors, Mr. Nilotpal Roy and Ms. Kasturi Roy Choudhury, which is subject to approval of the Committee of Creditors due to the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
