Manbro Industries Ltd is conducting an open offer to acquire up to 2,639,273 shares (26%) from public shareholders at Rs 65.00 each, triggered by a share subscription agreement worth approximately Rs 27.3 crores for 4.2 million shares and Rs 10.08 crores for 1.55 million convertible warrants.
