Mahindra Logistics Ltd has received a penalty order of Rs. 1,83,116 from the Uttar Pradesh Deputy Commissioner regarding an alleged excess Input Tax Credit from April 2019 to March 2020; however, the company expects no material financial impact and is hopeful for a favorable outcome at the tribunal level.
