Mahindra Logistics Ltd has received penalty orders from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner - 1st (Assessment), State Tax, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, amounting to Rs. 7,21,092/- for the period July 2017 to March 2018 and Rs. 4,67,330/- for the period April 2018 to March 2019, under the Uttarakhand GST Act 2017, CGST Act 2017, and IGST Act 2017, in relation to alleged excess/incorrect Input Tax Credit claimed by the Company. The Company expects a favorable outcome at the next adjudicating authority/tribunal level and does not anticipate a material financial impact.
