Lloyds Realty Developers Limited has signed an MoU to acquire a 51% stake in Calculus Logistech Pvt Ltd for INR 60 crores and intends to develop a ~99-acre logistics park in Taloja by integrating an additional 32 acres, expecting potential revenues over INR 1,250 crores within three to four years.
