LKP Securities Ltd is investing Rs. 50 lakhs to acquire 5,00,000 equity shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary LKP IFSC Private Limited through a rights issue, maintaining its 100% ownership. The acquisition is expected to be completed by October 11, 2024.
