Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has received a Letter of Award from the Government of Meghalaya for the redevelopment, operations, and maintenance of Orchid Hotel in Shillong, set to become Aurika, Shillong with ~120 rooms, expected to open in 3 years and under a 45-year concession period.
