KPIT Technologies has updated its acquisition of Caresoft, now set at $157 million instead of $191 million, and is increasing its stake from 13% to 51% in N-Dream for €6.5 million, alongside a $10 million investment in Helm.ai for self-driving technology, as of August 8, 2025.
