Kalpataru Projects International Ltd disclosed that a tax demand of Rs. 81.53 crores for AY 2019-20 was set aside, making them eligible for a refund of Rs. 7.35 crores, while the demand for AY 2020-21 was reduced from Rs. 38.51 crores to Rs. 25.38 crores after rectification.
