Kitex Garments Ltd. and its promoter group plan to invest up to Rs. 110.41 Crores in their subsidiary, Kitex Apparel Parks Limited, with the company contributing 70% of this amount. Kitex Apparel Parks, which operates in the textile garments sector, currently has paid-up capital of Rs. 552 Crores but has not commenced business operations.
