Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a listed material subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Limited, has filed a joint company scheme application with ISMT for a proposed merger and the National Company Law Tribunal has directed KFIL and ISMT to convene meetings of their equity shareholders to approve the arrangement.
