On 6th August 2025, Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd approved an investment of up to US$ 2 million in its US subsidiary, Kirloskar Americas Corp, and allotted 14,797 equity shares under its Employee Stock Options plan, increasing its paid-up capital.
