Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd. has provided an update on the Scheme of Arrangement and Merger with ISMT Limited, stating that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has passed an order directing both companies to convene meetings of equity shareholders to consider and approve the arrangement.
