On August 27, 2025, JTL Industries Ltd announced the re-appointments of Mr. Madan Mohan as Managing Director and Mr. Dhruv Singla and Mr. Pranav Singla as Whole Time Directors, all effective until August 17, 2031, and appointed Mr. Jagdeep Kumar Goel as Non-Executive Director.
