JSW Steel Ltd has increased its economic interest in M Res NSW HCC Pty Ltd to 83.33% from 66.67% by purchasing non-voting shares for US$ 24 million and subscribing to additional shares for US$ 36 million, enhancing its stake in Golden M NSW Pty Ltd from 30% to 36% and raising its interest in Illawarra Metallurgical Coal to 30%.
