JSW Neo Energy Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Ltd, plans to acquire 100% of Tidong Power Generation Private Limited, which has a 150 MW hydro power project under construction, for a cash consideration, aiming to enhance its renewable energy capacity by reaching 30 GW by FY 2030; the acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by January 15, 2026.
