JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Vimal Bhandari as an Independent Director for three years starting from 1st August 2025, alongside other management changes including Shri Shrivats Singhania as Deputy Managing Director for five years and the re-appointment of Shri Arun Kumar Shukla for three years, approved in a board meeting held on the same day.
