JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has appointed M/s Lodha & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years starting from AGM 2025, replacing retiring M/s S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s Ronak Jhuthawat & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and reappointment of Shri Sadhu Ram Bansal as Independent Director for a second term, subject to AGM approval.
