Jindal Worldwide Ltd. has approved a final dividend of 20% per equity share for the financial year 2022-2023, appointed Mr. Vikram Oza as a Director liable to retire by rotation, and appointed M/s. Ravi Karia & Associates as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
