Mr. Uttam Ishwar Dave and Mr. Yash Pankaj Kumar Maheshwari have submitted a Draft Letter of Offer to acquire up to 55,38,000 equity shares of iStreet Network Limited at Rs. 3.60 each, which constitutes 26% of the company's voting share capital.
