ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd appointed Mr. Rajiv Roy Choudhury and Mr. Vivek Dhir as Non-Executive, Independent Directors effective July 08, 2025, for a term of 5 years, pending shareholder approval. They also appointed Mr. Subrata Roy as Chief Executive and Mr. Rohit Garg as Unit Head, and approved an investment of Rs. 53.50 crores for a new factory.
