Inspirisys Solutions Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. MS Jagan as Independent Director and Mr. Murali Gopalakrishnan as Executive Director, along with the resignation of Mr. Koji Iketani as Chairman and the appointment of Mr. Satoshi Iwanaga as his successor, effective from January 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
