Insolation Energy Ltd has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary named GRHE Green Infra Private Limited on 09th October 2025, which will focus on developing solar power plants. The new subsidiary, promoted by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, will operate in the solar industry.
